9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
